Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will also monitor market conditions, execute marketing activities, drive traffic, follow up with prospects, and support lease renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods; physically capable of duties.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies related to concessions and other programs.
