Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Associate for our Texas community. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins and lease renewals.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and use on-site software to track availability and leasing activity. A valid driver’s license is required for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins and renewals.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications and conduct background checks.
• Inspects apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Design and execute marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
