Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for Texan communities. The role includes greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, screening applicants, and ensuring move-in readiness.

You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, and drive resident satisfaction through proactive communication and renewal efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, showing apartments and processing applications.
• Ability to screen applicants and verify credentials.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with residents to secure renewals and address concerns.
