Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Associate to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction from move-in to renewal. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and manage data in on-site software.

The role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and the ability to implement marketing plans, while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move about for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Use on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
