Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring resident satisfaction from screening to move-in. Based at a Garden community, you will conduct tours, process applications, and manage renewals while staying informed on market conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greeting prospects and guiding tours.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates repairs with maintenance.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and analyzes market conditions.
• Designs and executes on-site marketing to drive traffic, including referrals and online channels.
• Uses property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and data.
• Ensures show units meet standards and prepares the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Prepares lease renewal letters and packages and coordinates with renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner concerns and documents requests.
