The Arboretum Apartments in Farmingville, NY is hiring a full-time Assistant Property Manager. You will lead leasing and marketing efforts, train on-site staff, and coordinate with the leasing team to achieve property goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), 2–3 years in property management, and ability to work evenings/weekends. Annual base salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in Property Management.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and community software applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Coordinates leasing and marketing with the leasing team and communicates events to residents.

• Maintains accurate records of all community transactions (rent rolls, delinquencies, move-ins/move-outs).
• Assists Property Manager with training and motivating on-site staff.
