Fogelman seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager for Arbors at Smyrna Apartments in Smyrna, West Atlanta. The role focuses on rent posting, delinquency management, leasing support, and monthly reporting, with the Property Manager providing guidance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in multifamily, strong accounting skills, and proficiency in Yardi, Yieldstar, Entrata, and CRM platforms; a valid driver’s license is required. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of assistant property manager experience in the multifamily industry.
• Strong knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM).
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency, and accounting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Post monthly rent, application fees, deposits and collections.
• May perform leasing duties including renewals.
• Collect funds after move-out for damages or charges.
• Prepare month-end close-out reports (occupancy, accounting, SODA).
• Stand in for the Property Manager when unavailable.
