Responsibilities

• Post monthly rent, fees, deposits and collections.
• May perform leasing duties including renewals.
• Collect monies due after move-out for damages/charges.
• Contact delinquent residents to secure payments by month-end.
• File eviction paperwork and attend court as needed.
• Update occupancy and move-out records in the system.
