Qualifications

• Proven success in residential property management.
• Experience as a Leasing Specialist, Assistant Manager, or Community Manager preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and resident satisfaction drive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support leasing activities with accuracy and Fair Housing compliance.
• Review renewals and develop retention strategies to keep occupancy high.
• Initiate eviction proceedings with required documentation to accounting staff.
