CAF Management is seeking an Assistant Manager/Leasing to support leasing oversight, rent collection, resident relations, and operational follow-through on site.

This full-time, onsite role offers growth toward a Property Manager position, with weekend availability and a focus on occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.

You will use Entrata to manage records, support move-ins/move-outs/renewals, and coordinate with the on-site team to ensure the community runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multifamily leasing or assistant property management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with property management systems like Entrata.
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations including leasing, resident communication, and service coordination.
• Help manage rent collection, delinquencies, and financial reporting.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident events.
• Work closely with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.
• Use Entrata to maintain resident records, prepare reports, and manage workflows.
• Respond to resident questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community goals.
