CAF Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing oversight, rent collection, and resident relations. You’ll collaborate with the Property Manager and onsite team to ensure smooth operations and exceed resident expectations.

This role targets individuals who are detail-oriented, people-friendly, and eager to advance in property management. Onsite, full-time, with competitive hourly pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multifamily leasing or assistant property management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with property management systems like Entrata.
• Availability to work Saturdays and flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations including leasing, resident communication, and service coordination.
• Help manage rent collection, delinquencies, and financial reporting.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident events.
• Work closely with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.
• Use Entrata to maintain resident records, prepare reports, and manage workflows.
• Respond to resident questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community goals.
