Job summary

Cardinal Community in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to assist the Community Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations with a concentration on leasing, marketing, resident relations and functions of the community.

The role aims for 100% occupancy through retention, leasing current availability and pre-leasing future availability, while delivering warm, professional service and maintaining accurate records. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and present the property and apartments.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and route to appropriate party.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify applicants of results.
• Maintain and update client records and daily reports per policy.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal and assist residents via concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
