The position is full-time, non-exempt, and includes benefits with bonus eligibility. Evening and weekend availability is required to cover property needs and events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property and apartments, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route appropriately.
• Complete lease applications and verify applicants; notify results.
• Maintain client records and daily reports (vacancy/notice to vacate).
• Maintain tour route for curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
