Job summary

Capstone Management Partners seeks an Assistant Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, and resident relations, focusing on occupancy through retention and pre-leasing of future availability.

This full-time, non-exempt role handles greeting prospects, presenting the property, processing applications, maintaining records, and assisting with concierge tasks and daily operations on-site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• High energy and quick pace environment.
• Excellent customer service, friendly in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs, present the property, and close the sale with follow-up.
• Answer calls professionally and route to appropriate recipients.
• Complete lease applications and assist in verification of applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports.
• Support daily property operations and resident services.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
