Job summary

Capstone Properties, LLC is seeking a Marketing Assistant under the Leasing Manager. You will handle general office, administrative and leasing duties to deliver a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.

You will perform leasing functions, on-campus and off-campus marketing, tours, rent collection and mailings, with heavy emphasis on organization and communication to support the leasing team.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; business/trade school preferred.
• Experience with MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone.
• Leasing functions (monitoring leasing staff, schedules, lead tracking software and market plan).
• On Campus and Off Campus Marketing.
• Scheduling and Completing Tours of Community.
• Collects rent and writes receipts.
• Assists in all mailings.
