Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC is seeking a Marketing Assistant to interface with prospective residents and handle day-to-day resident relations. The role emphasizes lease renewals, marketing, and coordinating applications under the supervision of the Community Manager.

The position is part-time, requiring strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with familiarity in property software (Entrata) a plus. Office-based with a focus on resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; active enrollment in 2 or 4 year degree program preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in sales, leasing, marketing or customer service is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors.
• General office administration including lease and resident communication management, filing, answering phones, greeting customers.
• Effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Conduct outside marketing under the direction of the Assistant Manager and the Community Manager.
• Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications and background checks.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident including the lease, addendums, and signatures.
• Ensure condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including final inspection.
• Follow up with residents during lease terms and promote annual renewals.
• Daily opening/closing procedures including marketing inspections and site upkeep.
