Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC seeks a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader for New Development. You will assist the Community Manager with leasing, branding, resident relations, and coordinating temporary leasing office operations to strive for 100% occupancy through pre-leasing.

You will lead marketing efforts, manage social media and digital campaigns, and train team members on leasing processes and customer service. Evening and weekend work are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong social media and digital marketing knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the temporary leasing office, and close leases.
• Earn and maintain Cardinal Way of Leasing certification through training and shops.
• Train leasing team members on service, etiquette, workflows, and marketing.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route appropriately.
• Complete lease applications and assist in verification; notify results to prospects.
• Maintain the temporary office and tour route for curb appeal.
• Plan and execute monthly marketing activities, events, and outreach.
• Create partnerships with local and national vendors for brand awareness.
• Manage community social media accounts, create engaging content, and analyze campaigns.
• Monitor and improve online reputation through reviews and surveys.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
