Responsibilities include greeting prospects, processing applications, maintaining records, coordinating tours, and contributing to the concierge program. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.

• Excellent service mindset and professional phone manners.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs, present the property, and close the sale.
• Answer calls professionally and route to appropriate team members.
• Complete lease applications and verify information.
• Maintain client records and update reports daily.
• Support tours for curb appeal and resident relations, part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
