Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, and resident relations across the property. The Leasing & Marketing Team Leader strives for 100% occupancy through retention of existing residents, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and a commitment to Cardinal Core Values.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills; warm, friendly, helpful in person and on the phone.
• Typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs and preferences, present the property and apartments, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and handle inquiries from prospective clients, clients, internal team members, or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify prospective clients of results.
• Maintain accurate client records per policy; update daily reports (vacancy, activity, notices) daily.
• Maintain and optimize the tour route for curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
