You will strive for 100% occupancy, greet clients, qualify needs, present homes, process applications, and coordinate concierge tasks.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers hourly pay with benefits and bonus eligibility; evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience is preferred.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment familiarity.
• Excellent service mindset and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property, close the sale, and follow up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and handle various callers.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify results.
• Maintain client records and update daily reports (vacancy, activity, notices).
• Maintain tour route for curb appeal and assist residents via concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
