Ultipro is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader in Baton Rouge to help maintain property operations with a focus on leasing, marketing and resident relations. The role aims for high occupancy by leasing current availability and pre-leasing future units.

You will lead hospitality-style service, greet clients, process applications, and collaborate with the community team to ensure excellent experiences and steady occupancy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, warm, friendly and helpful.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property and close the sale with follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally for clients, internal teams, or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify results.
• Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports.
• Maintain and refresh tour routes for curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
