Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs; present the property and apartments.
• Handle incoming calls professionally for clients, internal teams, or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and verify results; notify prospects of outcomes.
• Maintain client records and daily reports; update notices and vacancy reports daily.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal and assist residents with daily tasks as concierge.
