Responsibilities include greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, conducting credit/background checks, preparing leases, and ensuring smooth move-ins while coordinating with maintenance and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue/occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform credit/background checks.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications.
• Credit screening and background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Coordinate move-ins, inspect units, and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activities.
