Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community in San Antonio. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will also design and execute marketing activities to drive occupancy and manage data in OneSite/Yardi. The role requires proactive outreach, strong customer service, and collaboration with maintenance and management teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Familiarity with on-site property software and data management.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing process from greeting prospects to lease signing.
• Conducts property tours and qualifying prospects; processes applications.
• Maintains show units and marketing corridors to meet company standards.
• Implements marketing plans to drive traffic; utilizes internet channels and referrals.
• Supports lease renewals with timely communications and documentation.
