Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role involves showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing leases to ensure smooth move-ins.

Candidate will stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data and leasing activity.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours; process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease documents and coordinate smooth move-ins.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leases.
• Ensure show units meet company standards for quality.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue targets.
• Inspect units pre-move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Manage referrals and employer outreach programs.
• Record traffic, leasing activities, and resident data in software.
