Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across its communities. You will conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, and prepare leases and move-in packages to ensure smooth tenant onboarding.

The role requires staying informed about market conditions, executing marketing plans, and using OneSite/Yardi for data management.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct tours.
• Knowledge of market conditions and marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Meet occupancy and revenue goals through leasing, tours, applications, credit checks, and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Create marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease/renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
