Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 300-unit garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packets, and support lease renewals.

You will work Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, using OneSite/Yardi to track activity and ensure show units meet company standards. A flexible schedule and multi-property support are required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to hit occupancy/revenue targets.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the property.
