Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities at a Garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will use OneSite/Yardi and collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to keep show units pristine, track traffic, and support renewal efforts. This role requires flexible scheduling, including some weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Ability to conduct property tours and screenings.
• Knowledge of on-site marketing and leasing processes.
• Proficiency with leasing software and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartments to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Qualify prospects, schedule tours, process applications and background checks.
• Coordinate marketing plans and traffic-driving activities.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.
• Maintain show units to company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
