Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a midrise community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit/background, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

The role involves using OneSite/Yardi, staying informed on market conditions, and implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and processing applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Utilize OneSite or Yardi to track traffic and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leases and secure renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal packages and manage timely renewals.
• Provide excellent resident service and respond to inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies on concessions and specials.
