Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent in Phoenix to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data and activities. A strong customer-service focus and flexible scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Familiarity with processing applications, credit checks, and leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Design and execute marketing activities to create leasing traffic, including referrals and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily operations.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages and contact renewing residents in advance of move-out dates.
