Job summary

Greystar in Phoenix is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal activity, driving occupancy and revenue while delivering resident service from tour to move‑in.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, complete credit and background checks, prepare leases, and support renewal campaigns with attention to show quality and responsive communication. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with benefits and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects and conduct community tours.
• Process rental applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in documents and ensure a smooth signing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Manage resident data and maintain show quality and office readiness.
