Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Leasing Professional for Market & Main in Phoenix, AZ to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies and achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process rental applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins, while working with property teams to meet show quality standards and drive resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications and screenings, prepare lease and move-in packages, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure turnkey condition, coordinate maintenance items, and verify show unit quality.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow company policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, e-mail, and other sites) and support referral and employer outreach programs.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data, and capture demographics.
