Greystar in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and secure renewals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins.

Qualificações

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience in property leasing or sales is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in, ensures units are move-in ready, and coordinates with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Monitors market conditions, develops short- and long-term marketing plans, and implements programs to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools, following community plans and programs.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by routine inspections and merchandising, and prepares the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and to finalize lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters, contacting renewing residents, and ensuring timely execution.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner concerns and routes requests to the appropriate team.
