Job summary

Greystar in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. The role involves greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, credit checks, and signing leases.

You will inspect units before move-in, implement marketing plans, track availability using OneSite or Yardi, and support renewal communications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property.
• Incumbents must meet state/local licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewal decisions.
• Assist with lease renewals and related communications.
