Greystar is seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and revenue by guiding prospects through tours, processing applications, and securing lease signings while ensuring a positive resident experience.

This role requires collaboration with maintenance and on-site teams, use of OneSite or Yardi, and adherence to policies to boost occupancy, with a focus on renewals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales.
• Knowledge of on-site marketing.
• Ability to qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Familiarity with leasing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Stay informed about market conditions and adjust marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Use property management software to track availability and data.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases.
• Prepare lease renewals and manage renewal communications.
• Respond to resident and owner concerns promptly.
