Job summary

Greystar in Los Angeles seeks a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will handle leasing from showings and applications to move-ins, maintain show units, and support renewal activities. Strong customer service and knowledge of OneSite/Yardi are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Leasing experience.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must meet State and Local licensing/certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready, coordinating with maintenance for any items.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online campaigns.
