Job summary

Greystar in St. Louis, MO is seeking a proactive Leasing & Marketing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.

You will drive occupancy and revenue by handling tours, applications, screenings, leases, and renewals. You'll implement marketing plans, track activities in OneSite or Yardi, stay informed on market conditions, and maintain show units to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to new residents, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Execute marketing activities and use internet tools to attract prospects.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for residents and ensure timely renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
