Qualifications

• Licenses as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease documents.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Follow market conditions and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and coordinate renewals with residents.
