Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy targets.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, screen applicants, process applications, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to drive lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and show unit quality.
