Job summary

Greystar in Boston, MA is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal efforts. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

You will stay informed about market conditions, design short- and long-term marketing plans, use OneSite or Yardi to track listings, and follow company standards for show units. A valid driver’s license and evening/weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and achieving occupancy goals.
• Ability to qualify prospects and process applications.
• Knowledge of marketing plans and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Use on-site property management software to track listings and resident data.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and ensure timely renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns and document requests.
