Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a high-rise community. You will manage tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signings to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will work on-site with a team, ensuring show-ready units, implementing marketing plans, and maintaining tenant relations to drive renewals and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales environments.
• Ability to conduct property tours and process applications.
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, prepare leases and move-in packets.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community and utilization of online tools.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
