Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a multi-family community. The role involves greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing.

It requires staying informed on market conditions and implementing plans to sustain occupancy. The position also covers lease renewals, resident follow-up, and collaboration with maintenance and property teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and signing
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in; coordinate with maintenance
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi)
• Ensure show units meet company show quality standards and prep leasing office for daily activity
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages; contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and concerns and document requests
