Job summary

Greystar is seeking a proactive Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Denver community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You’ll stay informed about market conditions, design short- and long-term marketing plans, drive traffic through internet channels, and manage data in OneSite or Yardi.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package, ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Follow market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments to drive leasing.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
• Coordinate lease renewals and ensure timely signing of renewal documents.
• Maintain show units to meet company standards and ensure a positive showing experience.
