Job summary

Greystar in Denver, CO seeks a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure resident satisfaction through the lease term.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, move-ins, renewals, and collaborating with maintenance to keep units in move-in condition; strong knowledge of local market conditions and proficiency with OneSite/Yardi is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities.
• Ability to manage move-ins and renewals.
• Knowledge of local market conditions.
• Proficient with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit checks, preparing leases and move-in packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates any repairs with maintenance.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic using internet tools and referrals.
• Uses on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards through daily inspections and readiness for tours.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process with letters, packages, and timely signings.
• Responds promptly to resident concerns and documents requests.
