Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Specialist to coordinate the community’s leasing, renewal, and resident satisfaction efforts. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins, with attention to show quality and marketing plans.

You’ll use property management software to track data and support occupancy goals. Responsibilities include lease renewals, communications with residents, and executing marketing campaigns, including online ads and referrals,

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications and screenings, prepare lease and move-in packages, and ensure smooth move-ins and signings.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing sites.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards for show quality and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and document requests.
