Job summary

Greystar seeks a leasing specialist to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while coordinating with maintenance to keep show units ready.

You will design marketing programs, utilize online tools, and follow-up with prospects to close leases and renewals, ensuring resident satisfaction and lease performance at the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Strong communication and follow-up to convert prospects and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create traffic through online and employer outreach.
• Track vacancy, leasing activity, and resident data using property software.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and are ready for tours.
