Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across a rental community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and criminal history, and prepare leases for move-in. You’ll ensure units meet standards and support renewal efforts.

You will stay informed on market conditions, execute short- and long-term marketing plans, and use on-site software to manage data and show units effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing and renewal strategies.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and run background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units to ensure move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy; implement referrals and outreach.
