Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC, a global leader in rental housing, seeks a Leasing/Marketing Specialist to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal activities across a community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will inspect units pre-move-in, coordinate maintenance for any issues, and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and concessions where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and finalize leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications and screenings, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute community marketing activities and referrals/outreach programs.
• Track leasing activities and data using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases/renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages with renewing residents.
