Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move‑in packages to optimize occupancy and revenue.

You will also design marketing plans, oversee referrals and employer outreach, and utilize on-site software to track vacancies and leasing activity. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits and regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks and prepare move‑in packages.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach and internet marketing.
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity.
