Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction. You will conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins and renewals with a high level of service.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and sales skills, and proficiency with property-management software.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. Handles tours, applications, credit and background checks, and move-in process.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic using referrals, internet marketing, social media, and site plans.
• Keeps informed about market trends and competitor activity; adapts marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
